Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Boots
Place the boots in their original branded box and protective packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
